Shipping & Delivery
- All Orders placed will from Aubre's Bridal will be shipped via UPS or the United States Postal Service.
- All Shipments via USPS requires a Signature Confirmation. This is an added feature for the protection of receiving your item.
- Aubre’s Bridal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Aubre's Bridal is not responsible for any items damaged in Transit.
- USPS Priority Mail Usually arrives to most areas within 2-3 business days. Including Saturday Delivery.
FLAT and FREE RATE DELIVERY rate information
- All US orders for delivery under $130 are a subject flat rate of $14.99.
- All US orders over $130 qualify for FREE standard shipping via USPS.
- Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days after shipping if ordered by 3:00 pm (EST). Unless specified that item is out of stock.
- Some zip codes are not available for this service.
DELIVERY TO POST OFFICE BOXES: All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS.
Privacy & Security Policy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.
The Following information is collected from shoppers for order processing:
Customer Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information, and your Wedding Date and Event Date.
How That Information Is Used;
Your information will only be used to fill order, to contact you if we have questions, or to send email with special offers that may be of interest to you.
Your information is not sold, traded, or given to any Third Party vendors. We pride ourselves on offering a SSL verified and secured website to protect your personal information.
*All Returns are subject to the discretion of Aubre's Bridal
Customized Products: Any Product that is customized are not returnable or exchangeable. A customized product is classified as that is special ordered by the customer.
Jewelry - Earrings: Any and all earrings are not returnable or exchangeable due to the health and hygiene reasons. This is for the protection of our customers.
Hair Accessories: For purposes of Hygiene and usability the following hair items are deemed as not returnable veils, bridal headpieces, combs, hair flowers, hair pins, tiaras, and feathers all hair adornments.
Promotions/Sale Items: Promotions and sale items are exchangeable for store credit.
Bridal Shoes: Any shoes that are dyed, worn, not in new condition, nor defective shoes are not returnable.
Bridal Sashes: Unless deemed defective Sashes are not returnable.
Bridal Bouquets: Due to the nature of how fragile these items are, they are not returnable.
- Bridal Shoes: Unworn and in new condition Regular priced shoes may be returned for a refund or store Credit. Any shoes that are worn and defective maybe eligible for store credit.
- Items not mentioned above may be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of wedding merchandise, there is a restocking fee on returns.
- Any Exchanges of equal or higher value will not incur a restocking fee.
- Our restocking fee on returns is 5% of the value of the merchandise.
- Shipping Charges for Returns and Exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
- All returns must be approved prior to returning merchandise or exchanging any item.
- To request a return or exchange authorization and receive return instructions, e-mail us at email@example.com, please include your order number, item number, and your Wedding Date.
- Please Note that if you do not provide a valid Wedding Date your Return request will not be accepted
- Return Requests must be made within 10 days from the receipt of the item.
- Returns must include the original packaging
- Unless defective Returns must be unused, without damage, and in a Reusable/sellable condition.
- If an item is returned and it is deemed as un-sellable it will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be given.
- Please allow up to 7-9 business days for processing of your return.
- Aubre’s Bridal does not accept return requests made after one’s wedding date or post marked after one’s wedding date..
- Once an order has been cleared it will be processed within 24 - 48 hours of receipt pending payment verification and approval.
- We pride ourselves on having many items are in stock and in hand and will ship immediately
- Custom Orders will be processed and since the nature of most of these items are handmade and custom please allow up to 2-8 weeks process time. If an order needs to be rushed please contact our customer service support to place an expedited order with our vendors.
- Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail of your order.
- You will receive shipping confirmation and carrier tracking once your order has shipped.
